With the Democratic National Convention officially underway we wanted to introduce a member of the New Hampshire delegation, Kristi St. Laurent of Windham, NH. Kristi is sad to be leaving her children at home but has signed up and is planning on attending as much of the convention’s activities as possible. She said she would eat and sleep when she gets back to New Hampshire.
“Besides hearing the President speak of course, I’m excited to see the Craftsman home be put together. Half of the house was built last week in Tampa and the second half is being built this week at the convention which will join the half built last week.”
President Obama is keeping the country moving forward. She explains:
“As a physical therapist I have seen first hand how the Affordable Care Act, that the President worked tirelessly to pass, has benefitted Granite Staters. If you’re sick you have to go somewhere. Health insurance policies can be unfair for so many people, people who work so hard and I’m proud of the work the President has done for health care.”
You won’t want to miss the excitement of the convention. You can take part in the Democratic Convention action by joining fellow supporters at a Convention watch party near you.
