Fighting for urgency on immigration reform

Over the past few weeks, we've called on members of House leadership, representatives who serve districts with a large Latino population, representatives whose districts supported President Obama's agenda in 2012 and those who said they support comprehensive immigration reform but have so far failed to treat this issue with the urgency it deserves. Today we're calling out six more members of Congress:

It's been more than six months since the Senate passed their comprehensive immigration reform bill. In those six months, the people on this list have failed to effectively pressure Speaker Boehner to bring comprehensive immigration reform to a vote. This is unacceptable.

We've said it before, and we'll say it again today: The votes necessary to pass comprehensive immigration reform are there. Americans have not wavered in their support. The only thing standing in the way is a lack of action in the House of Representatives.

While we've accomplished a great deal this yea, our work won't be done until comprehensive immigration reform is law. Join us in the fight to make it happen.
