About Us
The Women for Obama Finance Committee is a special project of Obama for America and the DNC’s Women’s Leadership Forum. The WLF was founded in 1993 as a catalyst for building a strong women’s vote program by raising substantial resources and building political networks to reach women voters in all 50 states. The WFO Finance Council organizes regional and national events and additional opportunities to fulfill its mission to re-elect President Obama and support Democrats up and down the ballot.
