VIDEO: Bootstrap Organizing

By Josh on

This week, neighborhood teams across the state are getting together to plan the next steps of our organizing. Neighborhood teams are the building blocks of our organization – and together we’ve created a movement where people from all walks of life have used their voice to talk to their friends and community about the future of our state and the future of our country.

In the coming days we’re ready to celebrate our organizing, share and learn from our experiences, and begin our planning with an eye towards November.

Each one of us represents a unique interest and we have an opportunity to be an influence in this election. Taking ownership in your community beyond one election is what is at the heart of our organizing.

“If we want to make a difference... it needs to be us getting out there, knocking on doors and telling people 'this is what matters.”

Join a team gathering near you and meet other volunteers in your neighborhood ready to win Wisconsin for President Obama.
