Mitt Romney just offered up one more way he is failing American women. He knows that his plan to spend $151 billion on tax cuts for millionaires in one year alone is going to require slashing other programs. His first target? Planned Parenthood. Describing how he’d reduce the debt, Romney said, “Planned Parenthood, we’re going to get rid of that.”
