  • Weekend update: #NESummit

    By Laura Wilson on

More than 200 college students, and even a few high-schoolers, from across the Northeast met up at Boston College this weekend for the New England Student Summit. They got to work right away, learning the organizing basics, practicing their data skills, and making calls to young voters. Now, they’re ready to dive in headfirst: they’re already planning a trip to New Hampshire next weekend to talk to students on campuses across the Granite State.

  • Help grow our grassroots organization

By Devin Driscoll, OFA Rhode Island State Director on

Throughout their time on the campaign trail, Republicans have done a whole lot of talking about our organization. Here in Rhode Island, we're focused on what really matters: building the grassroots campaign that will re-elect President Obama.

This week, folks in Rhode Island are coming together for a team meeting to plan out our next steps for the spring. The meeting will be a great way to meet other supporters in your area and get an update on our efforts in Rhode Island thus far.

When the Republicans finally decide on a candidate, we'll be ready for whatever they've got, thanks to the person-to-person organizing we've been doing all along. The work we do in Rhode Island will make a difference in this election -- but only if we take the time to build this campaign now. Find information on a team meeting near you here.
