The Finalists

No purchase, payment, or contribution necessary to enter. Contributing will not improve chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Entries must be received by 5/1/12. You may enter by submitting a Design according to the Official Rules and instructions found here. Winner will receive a produced version of the Design signed by Anna Wintour and a limited edition of the Design distributed by Sponsor (approximate retail value $175). Promotion open only to U.S. citizens, or lawful permanent U.S. residents who are legal residents of 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico and 18 or older (or the age of majority under applicable law). For the Runway to Win challenge, volunteer artists and designers from across the country sent in their best designs inspired by President Obama.

Americans voted for their three favorites among the finalists. In addition to overall appeal, votes were based on: quality of workmanship, creativity, and how well the designs captured the spirit of the campaign.
