Live Truck Parking: Live trucks should park in the lot adjacent to Loudoun County High School. Please arrive from the intersection of Catoctin Circle and Dry Mill Road. Live trucks will be directed on site.

Media Pre-Set Time: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM (All media with heavy equipment must pre-set equipment on site. Live trucks MUST cable-in during this time. Media will not have access to their equipment or live trucks during the security sweeps from 2:30 PM-5:30 PM).

USSS Sweep: 2:30 PM – 5:30PM                              

General Media Parking: Parking is available in the lot adjacent to Loudoun County High School near the intersection of Catoctin Circle and Dry Mill Road. Note: This lot is to the right of the building, if facing the school on Dry Mill Road; media will be directed on site.

Media Entrance: Media should enter from the intersection of Catoctin Circle and Dry Mill Road. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to Loudoun County High School near the intersection of Catoctin Circle and Dry Mill Road. Media will be directed on site.
