It’s easy. All you have to do is:

- From your touch screen phone or tablet, click the link in the email you receive to fill out a quick form.
- Sign using your touch screen.
- Submit.
When you sign using your touch screen, you’ll be controlling the movements of an actual pen that will place your signature on your printed voter registration form for you.
