OFA-NV Operations is looking for Operations Leads to be responsible for working with and supporting the operational and logistical needs of the grassroots field program.
Responsibilities:
- Support state staff in their day-to-day operations work
- Develop and implement processes and systems to improve efficiency within the department and organization
- Ensure field offices, SLs, activities and events have resources to operate programs and achieve objectives
- Support logistical elements of EV/GOTV program
- Assist the I.T. Director in maintaining accurate asset tracking to include tracking and managing volunteer cell phones and asset serial numbers
- Serve as an on-call point of contact for all field staff to promptly troubleshoot printer malfunctions
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to stay calm under pressure in a fast paced environment with long hours
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
- Customer-service oriented and strong work ethic
- Strong practical I.T. skills, including basic network and deskside/peripheral troubleshooting
- Able to manage multiple failures occurring simultaneously at remote sites, with the practical I.T. knowledge to appropriate triage simultaneous failures
- Experience with data management software preferred
- Experience working on or with political field programs and/or campaigns preferred
