• Jim on having Dinner with Barack: “I’m fighting for the right guy”

Jim, a firefighter from Northeast Ohio, was a life-long republican until Governor Kasich attacked collective bargaining for firefighters, police, and teachers in the form of Issue 2.

    As Jim says:

"I really feel like the republican party just left me."

After watching President Obama speak on jobs, he knew he would be voting for President Obama. He then entered Dinner with Barack, and won.

After talking with the President during Dinner with Barack, Jim knew he was fighting for the right candidate—that President Obama stands behind firefighters, police officers, and teachers.

"This just reaffirms to me that I'm doing the right thing. I'm fighting for the right guy, and I'm on the right side."

Tonight's the deadline to have dinner with President Obama and the First Lady. Donate now for your chance to win.
