Kal Penn knows that young people are key to President Obama’s reelection—which is why when he was in North Carolina he stopped by to visit with college students and young supporters and talk about how important it is to get involved:
"A state like North Carolina has a huge opportunity because it's a battleground state. So between now and November the stakes are really huge. If you remember in 2008 the state was decided by only 14,000 votes. Now obviously if you go to a college campus or community center you'll find way more than 14,000 young people."
