On Tuesday, Democratic National Committee Chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz stopped by the OFA headquarters in St. Louis to meet with campaign volunteers. She received a warm Missouri welcome with loud cheers and chants of “Yes we can!” and “Four more years!”
Rep. Wasserman Schultz wowed the crowd with her personal story of why she, a mother of three, is dedicated to the re-election of the President. She talked about the importance of President Obama's accomplishments such as the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009, the appointment of two female justices to the Supreme Court, the Affordable Health Care Act, and the American Jobs Act of 2011.
During her stirring call to action, she challenged all of us to continue our work at the grassroots level to re-elect President Obama.
