"Last Labor Day, I saw the President speak in Detroit and I was so impressed. I got an email from my local office about pitching in and doing some work. I went thinking I would do a little bit here and there, but before I knew it I had jumped in with both feet. I felt like the time had come when I couldn’t just sit there and complain, but needed to do my part.

"Now I am a Core Team Member in Macomb County. I’ve always voted in the past, but this is the first time I have ever been involved in any campaign. If we don’t fix our problems now, our children and grandchildren will not have the bright future we wish for them."
