Jason, a volunteer in Kingston, PA has been working tirelessly to help re-elect the President this fall—and meeting wonderful folks in his community along the way:

“I’m meeting amazing people and building a great neighborhood team. We’re all working together for what we believe in, for a cause that’s greater than ourselves. I’ve met people that I wouldn’t have met otherwise, and now they’re coming every week, to phone bank and to canvass. It’s all about bringing community together.

“A few weeks ago, I was volunteering with my neighborhood team in Scranton, PA. All of a sudden, Beau Biden, the Vice President’s son, comes over and tells us that we’re going to win this election because of us, because of our work. He just came over and wanted to tell us that. It was a great moment.

“My goal is to reach out to as many people as possible. We still have a few more months!”

One of the best ways you can help President Obama win this November is by getting involved at the grassroots level. Take the first step today by finding an event to attend at our “It Takes One” weekend of action.
