As we continue to bring new people into this campaign for the last 46 days, it's important that we’re treating them right and running events that they want to return to.

Here are a few ways to keep them coming back:

    • Have a greeter welcome people and direct them to the sign-in table. The last thing a new volunteer wants is to feel awkward or think they are in the wrong place.

    • Create a strong sense of community. Pair up and share why you’re here today and why this election matters to you.

    • Get your new friends to recommit. The easiest volunteers to schedule for future shifts are the ones who’ve just volunteered. Get them signed up for another shift before they walk out the door.

Help us grow this campaign all the way to the finish line.
