    Organizing tip

Jason Gray, Wisconsin Training DirectorBefore every event, activity, or training, you should ask yourself: How am I using this to build a team?

This is true whether you're building your neighborhood team from scratch or strengthening a team that's been up and running for months. It means assigning responsibilities for tasks like training, printing materials, managing sign-ins, greeting new volunteers, serving food, or leading parts of the meeting—and doing it all with an eye toward developing potential team members.

Neighborhood teams are at the heart of this campaign, and we'll need them to be strong over the next 74 days.
