Sara, a seventeen-year-old high school senior in Albuquerque, has been working to re-elect Barack Obama for more than a year as a member of one of the most active high school volunteer groups in the country:

President Obama wants to see thousands of youth like me across the country succeed, and he's taking the steps that are necessary to help us do so. Our generation is smart, full of potential and brimming with promise. Between now and Election Day, I'm working to harness this wonderful energy and aim it at re-electing the President.
