Today, President Obama signed a proclamation designating September 21, 2012 National POW/MIA Recognition Day. We must never forget the service and sacrifice our troops have made to defend our country, and we must continue to support the families whose loved ones have braved war's tragic costs as prisoners of war or been missing in action.
