On Saturday, volunteers across the country spent the day reaching out to voters as part of the "It Takes One" weekend of action. In St. Louis, three lifelong friends, Annie, Richard, and Charlean, phone bankers for the North St. Louis City “A Team”, turned in their cell phones and call sheets for walking shoes and clipboards. It was their first voter registration canvass, and their dedication, commitment, and willingness to pitch in will help President Obama and other Democrats win in November.
