They have only been on the job for a week, but California’s Organizing Fellows are already hard at work making phone calls, meeting with supporters, and organizing neighborhood teams. For many fellows, the first few days are hectic; the life of an organizer involves long hours and packed schedules. However, using the skills they learned in training, the fellows have hit the ground running. Over the past few days, teams began to form, and numerous events took place across the state.

Whether in the office, on the phone, or in the field, California’s Organizing Fellows are busy laying the groundwork for this summer’s drive to re-elect President Obama. There is no time to waste. With summer already underway, and Election Day nearing, now is the time to take action and get involved.
