    The Democratic National Convention Committee and Obama for America announced that San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro will speak at the 2012 Democratic National Convention’s opening night, Tuesday, September 4th. Mayor Castro will be the first Latino keynote speaker at a Democratic National Convention.
