    Fewer women will have to make the choice between their physical and financial health, thanks to historic new guidelines the Department of Health and Human Services announced last week. By August of next year, HIV screenings, contraception, domestic violence screening, and other services must be available under all new insurance plans—without a co-payment or deductible—under the Affordable Care Act.
