On Saturday afternoon Regional Lead Diana H. invited the Crowley neighborhood team to her home for a formal training in all aspects of neighborhood team building and development. Aaron H., the team leader brought along his core team members to receive hands on training. Diana was assisted by her Deputy Regional Lead, Frankie E., of Deridder, and Regional Field Director, Phillip S., from Baton Rouge was also there to lend a hand.

This is how a snowflake looks in the spring: A Neighborhood Team consisting of a Neighborhood Team Leader and Core Team Members.

Diana has at least 4 more neighborhood team leader prospects who are building their teams to form a snowflake in their Parishes.
