With election day in our sights, we asked Wisconsinites what they plan to do to make sure that President Obama is reelected on November 6th.
"In the next ten weeks I’m going to be canvassing as much as I can. I have two children, work full time, but I’ve managed to do it...I’m famous for driving people to vote! I drive people to vote, I call, I do phone banks, I do door-to-door. I bring my kids with me and they really enjoy it."

At a Labor Day street parade in Detroit today, the Vice President spoke to union members, their families, and neighbors. Here’s what some folks had to say about the holiday visit:
"I'm a lifelong Democrat and believe in what the Democrats stand for. I want to see President Obama re-elected. The auto industry is doing better, and we need to protect the middle class. I'm seeing improvements in my neighborhood since the auto rescue, with abandoned houses now being rehabilitated."

Charlotte was buzzing on Monday, as events surrounding the 2012 convention began. From caucus meetings to concerts to voter registration drives, there were lots of ways to get involved.
